I recently stayed at The Stay Club in Willesden for a quick trip. The staff were incredibly welcoming and even allowed us to check in early. The rooms were comfortable and the location was convenient, with amenities such as Tesco, Burger King, and KFC just a two-minute walk away. The transportation options in the area, including buses and trains, made getting around easy. I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The hotel seems to be designed for long stay. The bunk bed and the shower was cool. We liked the big fridge/freezer too. Internet router was great, supporting both wired and wireless connections for £5 a week. Although it only allows 2 devices, I was able to use connectify on my laptop to create another hotspot and connect all my phones and tablets.
The towels and beddings are dirty. They only provide shampoo and shower gel once. Only the first 2 toilet rolls were cushelle. When required more they provided really poor quality ones. And a kitchen without an oven is strange.

The location of the hotel is not where I was expecting when we booked. The area seems run down and not so welcoming. The rooms were smaller than expected which is fine as we just needed a place to sleep. The beds were hard to get comfortable in and the top bunk squeaked all night which kept both me and my friend (on the bottom bunk) up all night. If I were to even move my big toe, the whole bed would shake.
Although I wasn’t thoroughly impressed with the location and the rooms, the staff were friendly

Very modern, unique design and functionality, all amenities you could imagine in such a small space
the location (Willesden) is not the greatest part of London

the room was tidy, clean and relatively close to Central
the only negative thing was to keep the room clean after the second day, it would be great if you can provide small things to help with that

The attention to detail is impressive, from the well-equipped rooms with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay to the convenience of having cooking facilities available. Additionally, the location is ideal, with easy access to the London center and a local shop nearby, perfect for late-night snacks.
No improvements needed!

I like that it had a cooker and we were able to prepare a lovely meal for dinner.
There is a small light that is extremely bright that we were unable to locate a switch to turn off and was on for the whole night. It would be great if there were some outdoor heaters in the smoker's area.

The rooms were clean ...the beds were comfortable, on the whole it was fairly quiet, the staff were extremely helpful..
The first room I was in was far too hot even tho the heating wasnt on so I moved to the basement which was cooler..I Didnt like o lighting it was too harsh and the light switch next to the bed was quite inaccessible. It was self contained but there was very little in the way of plates and cookware - a few more pots etc would be helpful to the longer stay traveller. The bathroom fan was very noisy and continued for a long time after the bathroom light had been switched off - very distracting..

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities. The location is convenient, as it is not far from the underground tube and near to Wembley Stadium. The staff is friendly and provides good service.
The rooms are located in the basement with no large windows.

Design, friendly staff, very quiet internally.Good heating in rooms. All the basic facilities in the room. Clever design of bathroom area...don't understand the complaints re the shower, which was easy to use and if the shower curtain is used, the rest of the wet room stays pretty much dry! There was also shower gel supplied..which I wasn't expecting based on the negative revues about lack of items..i seemed to have kettles and toilet paper too!!
The room could have been a little cleaner.Prefer to spend the night without someone else's body hair! The exterior windows keep the weather out, but not noise!

comfortable stay..staff was nice and friendly
would be better if rooms can be cleaned on daily basis .The wifi is also not of a good standard, it disconnects very often and then you have to again login.

Got free breakfast and Wi-Fi, close to public transport and lots of restaurants nearby.
Terrible smell, dirty bedding and furniture, no air circulation, uncomfortable bed, and small bathroom which flooded during showers. Definitely not worth the cheap price, would not recommend.

Good position, rather close to the tube station. Had microwave and pots/pans in the room.
Towels didnt get changed at all during 3 days, rooms are really small -be aware that if you book a double bed, what you're in fact getting is two bunk beds, top one is slightly bigger but still not what you would call a double. Way too hot a room as well.

We reserved a smokers room on Bookings... It's prohibited to smoke in all areas in this hotel!! Only allowed in outdoor areas.
